Lynn is a Keyboardist/Songwriter with the contemporary Christian band âThe Wellâs Angelsâ, based in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
All of the songs on her âRising Upâ CD have been written, recorded and performed by her with additional accompaniment on 5 songs by Ingrid M. Dykeman on the cello.
Lynn works with a loss/healing support group and originally wrote several of the songs to benefit this group. The music then has branched out to help anyone who needs a relaxing, uplifting experience.
Lynn plays two Yamaha keyboards, which sound at times like an entire orchestra. âGod Is In Controlâ (Susanâs Song), the third song on the CD, was initially written as a poem to help âSusanâ cope with the unexpected loss of her husband. This song has since been used as background music on a healing story CD, and by a professional photographer as a background to her photos of families/babies/children.
This CD is an instrumental for healing and relaxation, but there are words to most of the songs, with a Christian message. Many of the songs will appear on The Wellâs Angels next CD which is in the process of being recorded and will appear for sale soon.
Lynn is a âmaturingâ keyboardist, who began her career in music late in life, even though she learned how to play at a very young age. It took her âa long timeâ to have the courage and time to do her passion in life, sharing her music with you.
