Can't Make My MP3 Files Public!

Hi Puzzler or anyone else that can help! I've added to MP3 fils and I can view them under "Browse Uploads". But whenever I try to put the check mark beside them make them public and add them to my "My Files" section under R&B I get this error:

-> usr/hardknock/pub/3013/Was not able to insert into TBFILES! Fatal: insert into TBFILES .....

Some one please help, thank you!!!!

Sorry, we are back to normal now. That error was left over from our updates in the member area...

I've written before, but haven't seen your reply. I am operating a MacBook running intel OXS 10.5.5. I have uploaded an audiobook which I would like to sell as a set of collections (ten chapters in each album). But I do not see the little pink "c" to click to make a collection. I see it in a directory of codes at the left of the screen but not in the list beside the titles. In fact my screen looks very different from the one I see in your tutorial. I was under the impression that this app worked with Macs--was I mistaken? Please let me know as soon as possible. I'd like to use your site to sell downloadable Mark Twain audiobooks as Christmas presents...

thanks for joining tradebit. I just looked into your account and saw the following:

you have uploaded some files, but not yet sorted those.

It is important to SORT the files into the database first. Right now, they are sitting in your FTP directory. Go there

FILES -> Show uploads

and start to sort them into the Audiobooks category:

[www.tradebit.com] (older layout, but the steps are the same)

I have tried this before. The options I see are ...audiobooks then "query"? I don't see "sort" and when I click "query" I get this message:

ERROR: You can not move MP3 into that category, that makes no sense!

I don't see any other options in the "Files" area. I don't see "sort" anywhere.

Please advise.

hi, please check your mail! I have directly mailed you for help! We develop on Mac and Linux - so I am pretty sure it works there, as well! Let me guide you through the process directly!
