24 hours for updated files to be MANUALLY activated?

Why does it take up to 24 hours for a file that I update via upload to be activated for sale again when the previous version of the file was on sale already? Its just an update? Is there a faster way to have our files updated so that we don't miss sales due to an up to 24 hour downtime?

With such a feature packed website as this I can't believe that much of anything especially something as simple as adding a file would need to be activated manually.

marcos, you normally bump into a blocked file, if you have blacklisted words in the description - these include for example "acer manuals" or "harry potter"... right now there are like 50 blacklisted words, some with adult relation others with the usual copyright infringements...

If you avoid XXX or the brand names on protection, the file will go live...

Where can we find the list of blacklisted words? I don't host any adult related files so it would help to be able to see the blacklist so that I can write my descriptions accordingly. Thanks

marc, that is not the idea of the blacklist :-)

we need to keep this list closed to find the infringements in the first place. if people start to change the words in question and still violate copyrights, it is not what we had in mind
