Buyer Was Sent Download Links For More Than They Paid For

I just had this problem yesterday and I can't figure it out. A customer made multiple purchases from several buyers at once and made 3 purchases from me. I always cross check my payments versus download links sent. The problem I'm having is that even though the buyer received download links to 3 of my products, my sales log only shows that he paid for 2. I thought it might have been a delay in the reporting but as of today, I still only have payment for 2 of the 3 products. Ralf can you help me out? I don't have any of my software bundled to trigger downloads of other software when purchased either. Thanks.
