not all FTP uploads are showing up when I want to upload them !!

I frequently have the same problem. I upload a bunch of files with ftp but they do not show up on the website upload file option. When I check ftp I can see that they are there but they just don't show up.

is there a specific pattern? like every file ending on XYZ is not showing up?

do you currently have such files uploaded, so I can take a look?

This could be because you were FTPing and assigning uploads at the same time. If the upload page has loaded before you have FTPed the file, it wont show in the 'Select a File' Drop Down Menu


However, On the upload page, If You press the "(Reload)" Button next to 'Select a File' Drop Down Menu you would see the file.

Hi, it does not mather what files, I use PDF files and ZIP files. It is not a because of the refresh button, i pushed that one multiple times. They are there now because i did not delete them yet. I can see 3 files but yesterday I uploaded 9 (give or take) which I can not see. Thanks for the help already

Hi Puzzler, could you please look into the matter? I have this problem repeatedly and it is a big issie for me as I have files over 150mb to upload .

Help would be very appreciated.

i see currently 4 files and in the logs I see that you have deleted 9 files a few minutes ago...

these files you deleted contain a special character, which could lead to an automated deletion ... remove that special character please, and re-test it....

it is the ' that could trigger deleting!
