I Can't upload, HELP!
October 12, 2009 09:53AM
Since yesterday I'm trying to upload a file (Mp3) like I always do but it doesn't work. I receive error message:
"Internet Explorer cannot display the website", I tried at least 10 times!

I assume you use the Wizard to upload? Meaning you upload via the browser?

I Tried the WebFTP Tool - same problem.

Sounds like a size problem!

Please try a free FTP client like

[filezilla-project.org]

and connect to server ftp.tradebit.com with your login and password you use on the website, too!

the files will then appear in your upload directory for you to sort them into the catalog...

Thanks, it worked. It's still weird because the file is only 4.8 Mb.

Having the exact problem as kandlaker. I uploaded several small size (1-20 mb) files last week without a hitch. This week I can't upload no matter how small the file. Seems like it starts to upload the file and when it's getting near the end of the upload and you think the upload is completed you get the Internet Explorer error message. It's ticking me off. Can you help?

will try to find out, what is happening to you - please use the direct FTP method described above, until we find out, what it is!
