how come I cannot up load my products

we have serveral methods of uploading, I wonder where you get the error?

You can use:

[*] Wizard - via browser form (for smaller files <60M
[*] Java Applet - drag and drop into a Java frame on the browser, which does FTP
[*] FTP client - connect to ftp.tradebit.com with a client like FileZilla

I guess you use the applet in the power admin mode? I guess there is a version conflict with your java installation and I recommend using the FTP method!
