Preparation: The first is to hunt a professional tool. Actually I have been looking for an all-in-one converter for Mac for a long time, and easiler I came across Brorsoft Video Converter for Mac. With its friendly interface, every one can easily and fastly convert among almost video/audio formats, especially for its audio/video synchnization and multi-thread encoding technology which makes it more powerful and professional than other similar programs on the market.

After downloading and installing Brorsoft Video Converter for Mac, just follow me as below:
Step 1. Click the “Add” button and import the video files you want to convert into this program
Step 2. Select the video or audio output format you want to. At the same time, you can set the output parameters of the conversion by clicking the “Setting” button on the main interface to open the setting panel.

For example, you can select the Size from the drop-down list, like 240*160, 320*240, 480*272, 480*320, 640*480, etc.
Step 3. Click the “Browse” button to specify a location to save the converted video or audio, like MP3. If you want to open the output folder, just click the “Open” button.
Step 4. Click the “Start” button to start the conversion.

Okay, now you just need to wait for a while to get the desired file for great enjoyment.

Optional functions:
1. Snapshot
If you want to capture the current picture you like, just click the “Snapshot” button and the image file will be saved. Click the “Open” button next to the “Snapshot” button you can open your picture with ease.

2. Merge
Tick the checkbox “Merge into one file”, you can join several files into a one without any trouble.
3. Effect
Click the “Effect” button, you can adjust the brightness, contrast and saturation of the video when you watch the video at the “Preview Pane”.


In addition, you can take some special effects like simple gauss blur effect, simple laplacian sharpen, gray, flip color, invert, aged film on the video clips. Moreover, you can also check the option Deinterlacing to convert interlaced video into a non-interlaced form, so that you can enjoy a better and clearer video effect after conversion.
4. Crop
If you hate the black edges or letterboxed and want to remove them from your video, you can click the “Crop” button to easily and freely crop the unwanted parties via two ways, that are dragging the frame around the video and setting the crop values: Top, Bottom, Left and Right.

5. Trim
Click the “Trim” bar to split the current title or chapter by dragging the Start Time slider to set the start time, and dragging the End Time slider to set the finish time. Then you can rip any segment from the video on Mac as you like.

When I list my products (my tradebit-my files) I see at the left the picture, next to that, the title, a short description and the preview button, and on the right, four buttons : edit,html, delete and display. That is a version of a product. I think you misconfigured this product as a collection, which is basically not needed in this case.

Delete this product and use the main file you have uploaded to set a price....

The idea of this is to create collection of other files, so you do not need to upload the single parts again - yet in your case that is not the intention, if I get you right...

You have 1 single main product and a free preview for it. But you have created a collection of 2 different products in this case...

upload your MP3 preview files seperately...

1.) create local preview files en bloc with a tool like "audacity" (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/)

2.) FTP them all up

3.) go to the member area FILES -> Show uploads

4.) tick all the preview files at the checkbox on the left

5.) scroll down and select the category "User Frontend -> Previews"

6.) Hit "Submit"

... this puts all the previews into the extra category.

When you do a "select" now on the EDIT page of the product itself, you can choose one of the previews out of that category...

First of all, I'd like to thank u for this wonderful website. I'm a new tradebit user, just made a few sales.

I have a question on whether is it possible to embed youtube videos in the tradebit product/sales page(the page which users see before they buy). If it is possible plz explain to me how to do it. I personally feel that I'd be able to sell better if I can embed videos in to the sales page.

if you list your products, you will see a little "C" icon next to them! This icon is for building a "collection product" - means a product that consists of single files which are on sale separately! So you do not have to waste twice the storage space!

that sounds like a broken file? Tradebit should not interfere with your formats or sizes of the file! If that size is suddenly different then something is wrong!

I don't see any other options in the "Files" area. I don't see "sort" anywhere.

you have uploaded some files, but not yet sorted those.

It is important to SORT the files into the database first. Right now, they are sitting in your FTP directory. Go there

FILES -> Show uploads

and start to sort them into the Audiobooks category:

I've written before, but haven't seen your reply. I am operating a MacBook running intel OXS 10.5.5. I have uploaded an audiobook which I would like to sell as a set of collections (ten chapters in each album). But I do not see the little pink "c" to click to make a collection. I see it in a directory of codes at the left of the screen but not in the list beside the titles. In fact my screen looks very different from the one I see in your tutorial. I was under the impression that this app worked with Macs--was I mistaken? Please let me know as soon as possible. I'd like to use your site to sell downloadable Mark Twain audiobooks as Christmas presents...

Generate the preview of your file in standard MP3 format with a tool like Audacity or others. Make sure the sampling rate is a multiplication of 11,025 Hz to make it playable in the flash MP3 player (like 44.1 kHz or 22.05 kHz) and upload the file.

Make sure the extension is .mp3

After uploading, sort the file into the category "User Frontend -> Previews"

From there you can attach it to your products.
