            <description><![CDATA[ yeah: the best way is to take 2-3 of the buyers you have in your account and see if they downloaded the files they bought. if you see no access to the file in the log, it is suspicious... then emailing them and ask, if they are happy with the file. When you get no answer, you can be pretty sure it was a stolen credit card!<br />

we saw a spike of those payments last week and have new security checks in place. not 100% done with it, but we are checking much more down the road... especially if the IP number is listed as an open proxy with the TOR network or on black-hat forums, we will flag the payments as potential fraud.<br />

will also change the payout policy for new merchants and affiliates. The first payment will be due after a longer period (like 4 weeks) and only if that went ok, we will change the account to the weekly schedule.<br />
<br />
bad enough that these guys endanger the workplace of many people, they also steal money from really harmless internet users who go berserk on us, when they see the charges. I am really disgusted at the moment on the amount of fraud attacks we see in the background.<br />
