Denial of Service on Visa, Mastercard and Paypal

Most of you have seen it in the press. In the aftermath of the Wikileaks smackdown, a lot of supporters of that platform started to attack the sites who expelled Wikileaks - on Thursday the major targets have been Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and Amazon. That has basically not a big effect on us, but we saw that some people reported transaction problems.

We have also seen a rougly 10% drop in sales over the last days and now it seems we are slowly recovering.

Since we can not be 100% sure the drop in sales is related to that incident, we see our traffic strong and steady - so that hack attack might be the reason for lower sales after all!
