        <description> Over the last week there has been a sudden surge with customers emailing me saying that they cannot download my product.

Because of my FREE Bonus program I have all of my products hosted on my own server so I am able to get them a download link fairly quick.

The surge has happened since your last update so I am wandering what to do here. 

I had a customer today tell me that it is asking for a username and password.

Please advise....
