all of a sudden NO PICTURES are able to upload in either PRODUCT IMAGE OR PRODUCT PREVIEW.

It worked yesterday, and now NONE of them will work.

Whenever I click on "save data", nothing happens, and it remains empty.

Please advise!

In the main admin menu I can set colors for my own spaces, and this works well.

Is there a possibillity to set the colours of the sellingpage, when customers follow my links ?
Now my "black" pages turns to white if a customer wants to buy, which is a hard awakening on my screen ( and for the customer too I expect)

Furthermore nothing but praise for this site !

the google products is a different story. they changed the format and rules to list products. especially the ISBN/BARCODE rules are more detailed now and we can currently not support their requirements. I will revisit that asap!

Inorder to add products to google products, I do not see an option to add the meta tag on Layout>>Misc Options page. Have you removed tht option now?

I get it now. I thought that the tbit.ws URL shortener domain will be some thing like tinyurl.com where I can input my tradebit URL, tradebit affiliate URLs and get a shortened URL as output.

Some Social bookmarking sites and other sites where one can post their tradebit affiliate links have stopped accepting tradebit.com domain URLs.

the shortener URL is ONLY redirecting to the filedetail page:

tbit.ws/7932090

redirects to

tradebit.com/filedetail.php/7932090

and tbit.ws/testing would then just redirect to

tradebit.com/filedetail.php/testing - which does not produce any result...

it is just a shortener for the detail page!

i recommend to use FTP with a client like

[filezilla-project.org]

and connect to ftp.tradebit.com with your username and password.

This is how I do it.

Upload the file using your normal method, FTP etc.
Leave it in the Upload directory and don't try and move it to a category.
Log into into your area using Power Admin mode and click on files tab.
Click List Products on the left hand side.
Type name of the file in the search box and click filter.
Select the file you want to update.

On the right hand side of the page you will see "update with upload". Click this.
Select your uploaded file and click replace.
Then save in the normal manner.

Done

My host is instructung me to download my products to my computer, unzip them, save them to a category, and then upload them to Tradebits. Many are PDF flies which I can handle up to about 10 MB (some limitation in upload time and IP broadband provider. The files range from a few 100 KB to 342 MB. I have uploaded 13 products so far (all PDF files under 10 MB), can you provide me with instruction on how to go about uploading the larger files to Tradbits. I see you need to use FTP for files larger than 60 MB. I am not familiar with FTP and how it works. There isn't a service you guys offer to upload files is there? Or someone else that you are aware of that could handle it? Ideally I would like to get them all uploaded by a service and go back in and edit each one to add descriptions and customize pricing. Is this possible? I see you offerred to be emailed directly by another inquirer, is that a possibility for me?
