kim, sorry for delay - we are in the middle of updating everything here... a new set of pages will be rolled out next week, so we are quite busy...

here are the answer in hope to help:

a) the PDT (payment data transfer) on paypal is an option, you can turn on for your account. It helps us to find the sale directly on the thank you page. You find that option in your paypal profile!

b) re-activate is to re-activate a sale, for example if your buyer was on holiday and asks for the download code again... then the sale is activated for additional 48 hours

helped?

Kim, we run our own search engine on a product called "sphinx" - that search engine "spiders" tradebit every 4 hours and should have found your files by now... the problem is, that you are looking for 2 very short words (both with 3 characters)... I have to double check that this is NOT a problem for the engine! I think we have set the minimum length to 2 chars, but I am not sure!

Thanks for the reply Ralf! Another question, if you have time!!

I did a search on tradebit for "dog plr" which is what I;m selling and none of my products showed? I just added them yesterday, so I guess it takes some time to show up?? Or is there something I should have done to make my products searchable in tradebit??

Thanks for any help!

Kim, you see that, because you are logged into tradebit - any only YOU see that.

Log out and reload the page.

Because the box is fetched from tradebit, the system recognizes you as the admin...
