On my own website, I have setup some affiliate links to sell ebooks from one of the reseller - topresellrights from Tradebit.

Last night I bought an ebook from my own web site (from a widget link I got from html code spreadsheet).

I paid using paypal for USD$1.49 and I received everything fine and I'm happily reading the ebook.

As the spreadsheet of html code I got said that affiliate commission is $0.03, I have not see this update into my Statistics sales log after 15 hours from the time I purchased it online.

I wonder how often does my statistics sales log update please? Thanks.

I found the API here [www.tradebit.com] , but don't know how to add it. Is there an application that can make integrating tradebit XML easily into websites. I prefer not to do them one by one with the provided widgets.

I feel that if I too offer 80% commissions, I too could have more affiliates promote me than with 75% commissions. But I don't see how I can offer more commissions. When I upload my file to Tradebit, I also use the Category drop down boxes to enter "Documents" and "e-books". Who is responsible for placing the uploaded file in other categories, Tradebit or the seller? If it's the seller, how is it done? I think I missed that part. Please help. Thank you.

a) How much tradebit owes me in total?
b) Which product is selling the highest and which one is selling the lowest?
c) Which product is getting the most hits, and which one is getting very few hits (hits = visitors, NOT bot hits)?

(b) and (c) would help me (and I believe, other sellers too) optimize their sales pages, keywords, etc., a bit, I think. I would like to know is: if a payment bounces either from PayPal or alertpay (could be due to an invalid payee address) is the 'non payment' recorded as such in tradebit because as far as I know those payments are marked as "paid" in my sales log.

Also, could u pls tell me exactly how much tradebit owes to me? As far as I know it is $9.97, but support keeps saying it is $4.99 USD, in spite of me explaining everything in Ticket#2011103110005398

When I log into my payouts section both the Paid Out and the Open Pay Out pages are both showing the same transactions. It's completely messed up. Also, yesterday two refunds were made that are duplicate refunds. One of them was previously made on 10-29-2011 and the other on 10-30-2011.

I went to my Backend and looked at Sales and it is listed as a "Canceled_Reversal". And it shows a deduction for the product. Now that's a problem because there was never a charge for the product. So it appears that I just paid for a refund on money I never received. I've never seen this type of refund before.

What happened to Alertpay Payouts this week?

Already, Alertpay payout is lagging behind a couple of weeks, apart from the extra 1 week delay when compared to Paypal.

Also there are still missing (bounced) payouts that I have been informing you for the past couple of weeks now. I had 1 missing payout paid last week. Still, there are 2 more missing payouts to be paid.

I have unfortunatly clashed names with another company doing similar products online.

I have bought a new domain name, and I am in the process of rebranding all my products, from "Samplestars" to "Sample Salad".

I'm wondering how best to proceed with my products and account on Tradebit.

I know I can change my Company name in my control panel here, but apparently I cannot change my login, or my subdomain.
Would it be best for me to cancel my Samplestars account, then set up a new account with the Sample Salad name?

Was trying to change my payout option to Alertpay, but didnot find any such options in the Profile tab. Then checked the forum posting to realize that one has to manually request to change the payout to Alertpay.

I have send you an email in this regard, please check.

We have been requesting for an alternative payout for around 2 years now, and glad that you have included Alertpay as the 2nd payout method. But please make it an automatic process rather than a manual one, and give us options to change between payout methods in the Profile tab.

We surely like to control the amount of money that goes into our accounts.

Paypal has been implementing almost impossible restrictions on all Indian Paypal accounts, like we have to withdraw all the money within a week, provide purpose code for money coming in, give all the tax details for each withdrawal, and so on & on....And there are more restrictions to come in coming weeks too, and we are very unhappy about it!!

So an alternative payout method has become an absolute must, and so is the ability to switch between paypal and alertpay automatically.

It has been very surprising for us merchants to see that you have taken into consideration and implemented all the valid suggestions and feature changes from us merchants except the Payout issue, which has been lingering for years now.

Payout options are very important for us, as a few of the merchants have been requesting it for a while. Hopefully you'd give due importance to this request and implement the necessary changes.

I'm new to tradebit, having just heard about it a week or so ago. I'm a freelance photographer in Florida and would like to sell royalty-free stock photos and stock video clips here. Looks like a cool platform and I've heard great things about tradebit.

Anyway, my questions are about stock photo uploads.

First, I've noticed that many sellers offer a variety of resolutions of each photo they sell. Is there a way to upload the highest resolution version and then have the smaller resolution photos created automatically when they are purchased and downloaded? Or do you just upload each resolution picture separately?

Secondly, are captions, tags, etc, able to be added before uploading and then imported from the uploaded files, or do you have to add the file info after uploading in the admin area?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
