I asked if I'm supposed to convert once I get to tradebit and there was no answer. Can someone please help me? I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong in uploading MP3s. I converted on my computer and then uploaded and then built a collection product (zip file).

Is this not right? How do I troubleshoot? Is there some way to test files once on tradebit?

I make the mp3s using


Audacity which is set up to save to MP3s using LAME as the conversion. I then upload the MP3s to Tradebit and make a collection product and save as a zip. What am I doing wrong?

Also if someone buys a collection that is no good, how do you make another product available to them for free???

in order to fully understand your problem:

what exactly is NOT working? People should be able to download the ZIP file and unpack it.

if you want PREVIEW files attached to that product, you must upload these seperatly OR create these, BEFORE you create the collection.
