Uploaded Files Not Being Accepted

All of the sudden, again, none of my files are being accepted once they are uploaded.

I keep getting a message about copyright violations and not getting payouts.

I know the problem is not with keywords or copy. All of the sudden, NOTHING I upload can be added to my store. I have over 100 items in my store so, I have a pretty good idea of the process of adding items.

Anyone else having problems?

i will take a look when back in the office tomorrow...

our filter program might contain a certain keyword that you started to use... we have some blacklisted words like "harry potter", etc. that put your file automatically on hold.

regarding the payout: i have to see, if you have been affected by the latest fraud attack. There was a big surge in fraudulent payments for files with high affiliate rates... i will update you directly via email.

if anyone else has the same problems, let me know!

By the way: long time sellers can get that blacklist switched off: just email me with your account name!

Two recent uploads not accepted.

hi metropoppyfield - these files normally go on "review", but are not blocked! are these files gone and have been rejected or just went on review? If so, I have to talk to my colleagues and ask for the reasons!

what kind of file and price was it?
