Am new to all this. Uploaded all tracks for the first album I wanted to sell, included a description, uploaded & added a thumbnail. Even lumped them tog. so could be sold as a full album or single tracks.
This is a breeze, thinks I, piece-of-cake - WRONG!!

Next day uploaded tracks for a second album,doing exactly the same as the first time around. Came time to select the thumbnail & NOTHING. Just a tiny blank box at top of screen.

Ok - don't panic, perhaps something wrong in upload. Did it again, but this time tells me that file is already there! Well if it is, along with the other three I've uploaded, then I'd like to know where they are & how I can access them??!!

I left it 24 hours & tried again, but still have the same prob.
Somebody out there, please help.

hi pinewood, you might noticed, that we have changed the layout and some of the user flow in the member area. The thumbnails are now under "Preview Files", when you "Browse My Files"... that is an extra section in the files area, which should create a cleaner view of the files...

So, log in, go to

=> FILES MAIN SECTION

=> "Browse My Files"

=> Here you see a tab like link on the right: click it, to browse your previews... "Your preview files" is the name of the link!

Have now been able to locate & preview my thumbnails, but I still can't select when I go into Edit Files. All I get is a little white strip where they are supposed to be.
I've circumvented it at the moment by going into the thumbnail preview, copying the code & pasting it back into the Edit File section.
Long winded but at least it works!!
