File missing??

Hi, When I viewed my files I see a message ..one of my files missing..why is the file missing and do I have to upoad it again. We lost sales due to this,please help quickly..I did send an email..no reply yet

Ok so i deleted the file and am trying to upload it again but the uploader is telling me that the file name title is in the mall so i cannot use the same title?..but I just deleted the file!!
Does someone from tradebit work here or view this forum?...still no email response
