Warning: file not found. Please contact admin

I uploaded a somewhat large file, almost 2GB, and added the file to list of products. I then purchased the file using Google CheckOut's sandbox and downloaded the file to make sure everything worked. The file was ok and everything was fine.

Saturday however the file appeared to go missing as I get a Warning: file not found. Please contact admin message when look at the product listing.

I've email the Admin but haven't heard anything.

I'm wanting to upload more files but want to be sure they won't go missing. It takes me about 8 hours to upload one of these large files.

The content of the files are mine. I own the copyrights so there shouldn't be a problem.

ah, diatonis - found it!

The file was obviously moved from category 3 to 8 - while that was done, the file was not physically moved on the hard drive and still in the old directory... may be you did change the category and then continued to use the browser, right after the click? Or we have an error in that subroutine! However: the file is now in the right place!
