Problems uploading New WebFTP

I keep tring to upload a pdf file on the New WebFTP section and before it ever finishes my log in and pasword gets timed out and the site ask me to sign back in. The upload never finishes. The file is only 87kb. I have had only suscess with one upload that was about 90kb and it took like 25 minutes, is that normal. Also what does ascii and binary mean and which one should I use? thanks

hi, that webftp program is an old tool from the early days of tradebit. Please download something like Filezilla (win) or Cyberduck (mac) to connect to ftp.tradebit.com with your username and login.

With these tools you can upload and restart uploads much faster than with the old web php tool!

should i upload them zip and open them there
or open them and than upload

use an ftp client like filezilla, unzip the file locally, if you want to have the content as single products and upload them separately... would be my take!

so i want to sell the hole thing as one ,
so upload the hole zip file and send the image by its self
