Can't import files

I've already uploaded my files with Filezilla and when I check, I see them in my account. When I try to import my latest upload, I either get disconnected from the site or I get an "unspecified error" message. Any idea what may be causing this?

not yet - but i will have a look... which way of "import" do you use... the wizard? power admin? bulk import? I want to reproduce the error...

with your username and password. Are you able to connect?
