Much trouble uploading files

Hi there.

I'm new to Tradebit, and having trouble uploading files.

I've tried to use the Upload wizard twice, and both times, the upload has stopped half way and gone to an error page.

When I try to FTP, I get errors too. Am I suppose to FTP to the main folder, or to one of the folders within, such as "f-in", "prv", or "pub"??

hi samplestars! you are not supposed to see the folder pub/ prv/ and f-in/ - if that happens, something broke seriously!

Something went wrong - sorry for that! I have fixed your account and the directory is f-in/ by default now, as it is supposed to be!

just login and upload!

New to tradbit and tried to get going, the first time it stopped in the middle of sign up. Now I'm signed up and they sent me a refund and I tried to repay, relogin, resign up and change passwords and login name and it still will not let me. When I try to upload and sell it takes me to the sign up screen and will not let me sign in. Therefore I can not do anything with this system. It recognizes my username but will not let me upload and sell. It always says invalid domain name even with a new one.
Much help needed please. I have tried four plus times to sign in. Would it be possible to clear the system of my username so that it does not recognize me so I may try again.

Hi i have been having issues with uploading files also. it seems very sporadic. One day i can upload 2 and the same day an hour later i loose connection and i get the diagnose INTERNET explorer issue page. I know its not my connection because i have attempted this at different locations and on different computers. Can you tell me what that is caused by?

hi! sounds like the errors mainly occur with the browser upload? I strongly suggest you switch over to uploading via FTP:

that is much more stable!
