What is Re-Activate ?

Hi everyone,

I'm new in Tradebit.

Recently I sold a product in Tradebit and when I check the sale, there is an area showed " re-activate ". What does it mean ?

Do I have to click the "re-activate" button to activate the product for sale to the marketplace again for other buyers ?

Before I click, I better check with everyone here.

a sale is only 72 hours valid for downloading, all codes expire after that so people can not share the download codes in forums, etc.

Also after a certain amount of logins, a download code expires.

Sometimes people are on holiday and want to download the file 1 week later. Then you can hit that button and the code is re-activated and the file can be downloaded again - that is all...

Hi

I am really frustrated and need help, I just registerd as a seller today, I received my confirmation notice, however when I go to tradebit.com and put in my username and password, the page that pops ask me to login and Submit Query.

I don't need to submit a Query, I just want to get into my account. Even the submit query button does not work, when I click on it the page does not change.

Is there something wrong with the account? I realy need to find out how I can get my account up and running please.

skimoe64, the best is to send emails to tickets(at)tradebit.com to get help faster... i almost missed your posting here in the forum...

it sounds like you enter a wrong password or something... please send us more info to the ticket email above and we will help as good as we can!

folks, the "re-activate" button is only for sales that caused a problem and need to be re-activated... you can press it 100 times if you like, but then your customer gets another download code and can download the file AGAIN...

So it means we don't have to email the customer telling that download is available again? i.e. the system will send a notification?

manuals4u: no, that is a problematic situation. The customer somehow managed to order without an email address. That sometimes happens (like 1 of 150 orders) and we do not know, how these orders can be made. We block that by asking for the email via Javascript - so the only explanation is, that these buyers switch it off...

if we do not display the buyers address, we do not have it at all
