I have sold alot of subcriptions to my groups and I try to contact tradebit about the money that I should be making but cannot get hold of them, what is the best way to get a reply. I want to know how much money I have made and I want to know why my paying subcription fees are not showing up in my paypal account.

as you know did we change the model yesterday. Group subscriptions are now landing in our paypal account and we payout the revenue weekly!

are you talking about subscriptions that you sold BEFORE the first of April?

Dancespirit, BEFORE the model change, the money went directly to your account. We had nothing to do with that. Only AFTER the change, we would payout group signups are usual!

I double check that with our coder, who implemented the new methods and mail you directly!

When the money came direct into my account who was the payments from, how would it show up in my account, as I do not have any payment info on any of my bank staments from you or any bodyelse. I have no payments from you going into my paypal either. I have just signed up some more people I want to see the money going into my paypal account VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I just looked into your account and you do not list any sales in the past month. If you had sales, something REALLY is going wrong... we need to dig thru together and I am willing to call you tomorrow... just shoot me the mail directly and I will call to figure out, what is going wrong!
