Activating relations via 3rd party solutions - may it be YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, GooglePlus, etc. - always means to give the value of your relationship (e.g. merchant to customer OR webmaster of tradebit to merchant) into the hands of someone you do not know. That is fine as long as service, privacy and money related info is not compromised.
People who work with us for a long time, do know that we try to be open without giving too much away. In the light of what I call "the dawn of the darknet", we have to be careful what we tell to whom.
Nonetheless - social activity on a site or URL is also a signal of trust for many. We have started our Tradebit facebook page some time ago, but NEVER have done any marketing to push it. We will now change that slowly over the course of the next few months and post some info there:

If you follow the platform here closely, you might want to join there, too... and also: No, I do not know how to handle GooglePlus just yet... another marketing channel? We will see :-)
