Files On Hold

Hi,

I currently have "11" files on hold now, some for many weeks. These are in my "rightbiz" account.

Any reason why these files are staying on hold for, what seems, an unreasonable length of time?

Stan, that sounds like a bug! I will notify Sascha and ask him, if there is anything from you in the queue! But normally these files are no longer than 3 days on hold!

So... updated all your files on hold and moved them to public... that have been 10 files, all from the 15th of August... why did you see "many weeks"? there were no files on hold for longer than the 15th, when I just looked?

Thank you for moving the files on hold to the public section for sale.

The reason you saw the files only on hold from 15th August is because, I made small amendments to them on that date. They were on hold for many weeks prior to that date.

I thought if I made the amendments, it would bring the files on hold back into the queue for review. In fact this was not the first amendment made to some of them. So it seemed that after making an amendment to a file, it appears not to go into the queue for review, as a new file does. That's why I brought this to your attention.
