Have you guys disabled sending emails for low ratings?

Just saw a low rating from one of the purchaser, but I didnt get any emails for low ratings?

Please activate the feature, if it is disabled.

Yes I agree. I would rather get 3 of the same email if that bug still exists, it doesn't bother me. Getting no email is worse!

Yup agree fully with ridered.

We like to know our feedbacks, and email notifications are very much needed. I would rather have notifications for all feedbacks, even for 5 star rated feedbacks.

Yup..I agree with RideRed and Pecno1...an email for any/all reviews would be the best situation.

i will be able to fix that until friday, i guess...

The function is back! Now only 1 mail is sent, when a buyers gives less than 4 stars. It could be that he changes his mind afterwards and gives 5 stars and you will still get the email with less than 4...

Like other merchants and I said we'd like to get email notifications or atleast some notification inside myTradebit for any and all ratings, even 5 star ratings.

Noted, I think that should be an extra page with all the latest ratings for your products?

Yes, a separate page in MyTradebit listing all the products with recent reviews would be fine.
