Delete button confirmation

You might have noticed those javascript popup boxes that ask for user confirmation when he tries to delete some data. A similar confirmation popup - js or non-js, would be helpful when one tries to delete a file from tradebit. After all, sometimes such incidents can occur inadvertently too, and in my case whenever I have mistakenly deleted a file it would not accept a new upload with the same name and I would need to rename the upload a bit different to have it accepted by the system
