if you get the emails, the buyer does not, because of their spam filters... i thought that the money is going to another email, but the problems are just their spam filters, as it seems.

so, IF you get a CC email, the email went out to the buyer with the download codes. If they complain, that they did not get it, it is the filter, not tradebit...

I have honestly no idea, how to work around that!

No, most of the time it works BUT sometimes it does not work, that was the problem. I know about spam filters and that is not at all the issue.

Sometimes, there are no emails sent to me or the eBay buyer, as well as no record in Tradebit sales for the item. I use the exact auction / tradebit item title, I use the tradebit designated email and I get a payment received notice from PayPal at that designated email address, also my eBay notices at that same email address. I never had a problem concerning the other email address. You found the other email address when you checked one of the payments, I have no idea how, unless it was just from my email concerning the problem.

Oh well, PayPal had gremlins, I guess.

Well, do you get the download codes as CC mails?

Okay, I give up, no I did not , that was the original problem, I'm all explained out, forget it.

I have a file(s) for sale on Tradebit and now I'm selling one file to a buyer on ebay, I don't know how to deliver it to them from Tradebit. Could you tell me?
