Setting Files on Sale in Tradebit for Clickbank

Im having trouble setting one of my files so it is on sale. I have set up my clickbank account and the links, but when I go to pay it says there is no file found. How do I set up a file to make it on sale in tradebit? Do i need clickbank activated first?

Hi,

the standard steps would be:

upload the file, sort it and give it a price...

then you will find an URL for clickbank (=Thank you URL) that you have to register with clickbank.

also you need to register your product with clickbank (costs a few dollars) and note the file number from clickbank in the file detail page.

what is the file you talk about, i will have a look!

ok, i got the file to upload and everything. How do I add my email address to the thankyou.php page? Clickbank requires the thankyou page to have the actual contact email address listed for the buyer to see.

I lied... the email is displayed, you just need to set the value for the paypal email in your profile, then you are done! ok?

Almost there...thanks for your help so far.

Which profile, tradebit or paypal. And where do I set the value for it? Im guessing it will only display one email. So if i want to sell multiple products from multiple places, will I have to use a universal email address for all of them?

hi,

the value of the field "Paypal" of your profile on tradebit will be displayed! You set it in the member area of tradebit. And yes, if you sell via paypal, you have to use the same email everywhere.

if you use clickbank, the email, which is displayed on the thank you page will always be the same.

hi ralf
here are some click bank questions. i have sent clickbank my product info for approval. it appears they are needing to see the thank you page on how the file will be received for the paying customer. their response is below. in the request to clickbank, do i send out the thank you page as (from clickbank section on your tradebit sales section):
You will need to copy and paste this URL to your clickbank product setup page:

Approved URL: [myaccount.tradebit.com]

is this the clickbank thank you page i am supposed to supply clickbank?

if this is the case, it is literally blank with no such info that clickbank requires as said below. if so, what info do I set up up the clickbank thank you page they require. this is as defined as:

when submitting the product for sale on the clickbank system.

Hello,

In order for us to send the customer to the Thank You Page, we need to know three things:

1. The web address of the Thank You Page
2. The item number of the product
3. The suggested retail price of the product associated with the Thank You Page. Remember that your price is subject to ClickBank approval-when we receive complaints, they often involve a criticism that the product was overpriced.

To relay this information to us, simply:

1. Login to your ClickBank account
2. Click the "Account Settings" tab.
3. Click on "My Products"
4. Click the "Add New Product..." button.
5. Type the full URL (including [www]...) of the Thank You Page in the "Thank-You Page URL" field and enter your suggested retail price in the "Product Price" field.
6. Ensure that the "Test Mode" box is checked, which enables you to test the link and make sure everything is set up correctly. Then, click "Save Changes". Please keep in mind the links will only work if you have selected "Test Mode" unless the ClickBank Product Approval Team has reviewed all of your publisher information, product information, and you have been approved as a ClickBank publisher.
7. If the product you are setting up requires a product approval from the ClickBank Product Approval Team, select "Request Approval" under the "Action" column for the product you need to have approved, which will open the "Request Product Approval" form.
8. h. Verify the information that comes up on the "Request Product Approval" form prior to submitting your request for approval. Fill out the required additional answers to each of the questions on the "Request Product Approval" form, and then click "Submit Product Approval Request".
