Question about the sales process
February 25, 2009 09:05PM
Hello all,
I've made recently a sale smiling smiley...yep...felt good. I am new to this and I need to understand how this works. Bellow is an extract from the sales report. No affiliates were envolved on this specific sale.

Date Status Comment Price YourSh
2009-02-21 07:42:20 Completed 100% 75%
2009-02-21 08:20:24 Reversed Paypal Refund (tradebit) -100% -75%
2009-02-21 13:09:47 Reactivated Reactivated 0 0
2009-02-21 13:09:47 Reactivated Reactivated 0 0

At 7:42 a sale was completed.
At 8:20 the sale was reversed and it was issued a refund.
At 13:09 the sale was reactivated 2 times.

My question number 1:
what means a sale being reactivated 2 times after a refund has been made?

My question number 2:
Is the fee from tradebit 25% or 15%. I ask this question because on other sales with and without intervention of affiliates i have always received 75%

Thanks in advance,

hi antonio,

i suspect the following has happened:

the customer bought and did not receive the download link. He complained and we reactivated the sale 2 times. Then he started the reverse process.

The time line just looks different, because we activated the sale twice...

That happens once in a while when buyers can just not cope with the download process for any reason!

Thanks for reply!
I don't quite understand but that's me... I always think in terms of one plus one equals two.
