Reversed ?

Hello.I have sold a few files on Tradebit and after a few hours, I got this status on each file 'Reversed' .I did not refund anything and all my files were ok,and ready to sell,and they were no scams or anything ! WHAT DID JUST HAPPEN? AS I HAVE LOST 35USD,all the money being 'REVERSED'(or refunded) !

hi - that can happen, but first: please do not spam the forum with the same post over and over - we try to assist as good as possible, but posting the same topic 4 times does not help any of us...

so - for the refunds/reversed payments: this can have various reasons. the most common are:

1 - the user has download problems and starts a dispute with paypal. then the payment is pending and marked so in the statistics.

2 - the buyer used an invalid credit card (stolen, blocked, etc.) then the payment might pass but be reversed within a short time frame. access to the file is possible.

or other problems might occur. You should block the buyer in your tradebit profile from buying in the future if you suspect fraud.
