yep we do... but if you just want to offer short (e.g. 20 seconds) of previews, you have to create these yourself and upload them.
The concept behind tradebit is:
=> you can host files with OR without selling
each file can have:

1) a thumbnail pic (the logo)
2) a big picture (that would be displayed instead)
3) a preview link (see in the box on the middle right)
You will need a paypal account, which are available for free...
