Declined files

Hi there,

I would like to find out why some of my files has been declined to be hosted and sold here. The best example - File 5694680 "999 Great Business Ideas" (known also as "The Wizards Brainwaves 999 Business Ideas" ) I've uploaded this file about 3 months ago and recently I wanted to change the main photo, which I did but after I've saved it the message said "this file need to be activated manually by the team" or something similar. Today I've received an e-mail saying "File 5694680 declined". As I've checked on your website another merchants are still selling it (e.g. [www.tradebit.com], [www.tradebit.com], [www.tradebit.com]-, [www.tradebit.com] etc.)

As I represent a licensed distributor, all relevant paperwork can be provided on your request.

I'd like to mention that file 8383071 has been declined today as well (plus files 7696405 and 7726719 are still waiting to be approved, about two weeks now)

I would like to resolve this issue as I find your service very professional and effective.

there are currently no blacklisted files in my list... did you remove them?

i just checked this file and it seems to be public? If a file is blacklisted, it triggered certain keywords and then we have a page to list all these files to publish them or remove them from the catalogue!

Hi Ralf,

I have received an e-mail yesterday with a questions about copyrights of these products, and as I've sent back the relevant paperwork I've been asked to upload these files again to be manually approved which I did.

I haven't deleted any flies from my files list, two products has been removed by you yesterday as per my post above.

Apart from this, I still have two files waiting to be approved ("Chow Chow guide" ebook file 7726719 and "Super six php scripts" file 7696405) I've just checked the status on these two files (Message says: Restricted files
The restricted files are ONLY visible for the usergroups you define in the MyTradebit section etc. When I'm trying to edit and save these files message says: File will be checked and activated manually by Tradebit within next the 24 hours!) They are "on hold" almost two weeks now.

I completely understand Your situation with the copyrights violation, that you need to act as you will be held responsible. I'm just concerned about loading any more files as we both haven't got the time to deal with the issue in this way. Have you got any advice for me how to improve on efficiency of this process? As I've said before I'm including all relevant licenses with my products, if applicable. Is there anything else I can do to help you guys, as I really love doing business with you and I'm recommending you to other people.

I've just checked my inbox and 3 of 4 files I was concerned about has been successfully activated. The only one left not active is file 7726719. I believe you will be able to activate it shortly.

Hi,

I have the same problem. Two of my files are restricted for more than 3 weeks now. Everytime i publish it it says ti will be evaluated by tradebit. Until now they still aren't for sale Could you please check this?

hi, from you (mrrsale) I do not have any pending products at the moment. We control that daily now and activate or delete files that trigger the filters... several manuals of big brands are not allowed anymore, because they ask us to filter it. Also forex stuff is automatically put on hold....
