Selling tradebit hosted files on EBay

If you have a special software, ebook, etc. and you want to sell it on EBay? Well PayPal is a EBay baby (sounds funny :-) and integration with Tradebit is straight forward and very convenient for you as a merchant:

1. Start your EBay auction like you do for tangible goods
=> wait for someone to win it.

2. Go to your "MyTradeBit" section and enter the sub section "Sales"

3. Click on the "EBay" entry on the left and now follow the steps shown onthe page

a) select a file, which is categorized "restricted"
b) determ the winning price
c) enter winner's email
d) add some friendly text like "thanks for your purchase"
e) let Tradebit generate the PIN code and the download link for the user
f) send it

=> The user is now requested to enter the PIN and pay your price with PayPal.
After doing so, Tradebit allows the download of the file for the user.

Do I still have to set up some special paypal back end thing which may cost me, or does your ebay download delivery system have no need for that now?

Hey also, since you have set up ebay downloads and an affiliate system, could I list an item for $50 in my ebay account, yet someone on tradebit is selling it for $1.99, then does your ebay instant download system work in this scenario? Meaning, do I get to keep the $48, the tradebit seller gets $1.50, tradebit gets $0.50 (just estimates), and the ebay buyer gets the download?

Sorry, I do not understand :-(

When you sell via eBay, tradebit recognizes the sale by your paypal address AND the exact same title. The affiliate program does not account in this case.

If you sell directly from tradebit, then it does - but eBay sales and the affiliate program do not interact in any way ....

ok. you do realize how awesome my above system is? If that were possible...

I think what he means is that he would like to sell other people's Tradebit files on eBay for whatever price he wants. He would keep the $50 minus the price of file listed on Tradebit. That isn't automated, but I guess it could be done.
