About 10-20% of my buyers complain, that they did not get their download codes. I have been over at puzzlers' place to talk to him about the process and how it is setup.

I can not find anything bad in that process. Missing download codes must be a result of SPAM filters. I will now add a link to the "Missing Codes" page on tradebit to lower the support further.

we will also change our mail delivery system for hotmail, gmail, yahoo and some others to avoid the spam filters soon!

I have some items that I am selling and people have been complaining that they never receive the download code from Tradebit.

I have tested it and it's true, but only for certain items.

There are other items that don't have this problem.

What could be the problem.?

On that note, my records show that no sale was completed for certain transactions.

Can you explain this below? The sale was made via Paypal through my site and I have other items set up exactly the same way but they don't all have this problem.
