Hey folks,
let me point out the most common error, why download codes are missing if you sold via ebay:
The paypal address in your profile
MUST fit the email address you got the payment for. Otherwise it would be too easy to hack!
please go to the profile section in the member are and check, if that paypal email is set right and if not, change the values accordingly so they fit.
