Yesterday night, around midnight EST the routers of our provider failed for around 45 minutes. In that time, tradebit was unavailable and not delivering pages. Our monitoring systems have notified us and we have kicked in fall back systems after 45 minutes. No sales were possible in that time.
Everything was back up at around 1am EST, and we apologize for any problems you were facing with our system.
