Description and finfile problems

Hello i have a problem and i need your help please.When i upload a file and everything looks normal when i click in the button upload/inmport file always theres appear a message in the left top on the screen and says "check description and finfile".My description is ok i write some words for the product that i try to sell but always says check the description.The finfile i don't know what it is.Please could anyone can help me?thank you

hi ... do you upload via browser in the power or in the easy admin mode? could be the format of the file (.php is not allowed, for example)

sorry for delay... you can switch from EASY to POWER any time by clicking the gray writing in the upper right of the admin area...

ralf
