I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this but for almost a week now, none of my eBay customers have received their download links by email after they have made payment.

I don't know if this is an issue with eBay Automation or all of Tradebit overall.

I have tried creating setting up multiple eBay automations for the same auction hoping that one of them will trigger and actually send the download link as intended. Of course that still doesn't work either.

This failed download link delivery also applies the carbon copy of the delivery email that I used to receive when things worked normally.

What do I need to do to correct this issue or is Tradebit already working on a solution?

do you have the title on both systems to exactly the same? Could you show me an ebay auction, which you have running and the file you have here? I would then test the process!

The titles are slightly different because of the title field character limits set by eBay. Allow me to clarify my original post regarding the failed delivery over the past week. I have run the same auction title before this week and delivery worked flawless even with a slight difference in item title. It just so happened that everything was working fine, then one day someone made an auction purchase and Tradebit sent them 3 emails for digital delivery (I received at least 3 carbon copies of the emails sent to the customer) and after that happened my eBay automation has been on the fritz big time. I have not had a successful download link delivery for ebay auctions in the month of February. You can take a look at the ebay item number: 190195776745 and my associated Tradebit file: 2692390.

I have been using the exact same titles on both with success before this problem came up, so I'm not sure if its a title issue. Thanks for your help.

So why did it work flawlessly before and then all of a sudden quit working? This is without the names being changed from what they currently are. And can you explain why the last successful download delivery came with 3 duplicate emails to the customer before the system went haywire on me? My auction is almost over so I'll just wait it out for now, and serve my own files manually.

I am curious to why this worked before and suddenly quit without any change in item titles.

marco, the question would be, if that happened, when we switched Google checkout to live... but that should not interfere with the paypal payments. It must be change somewhere. When did that NOT working happen the first time? I will look into our source control and see if my colleagues changed something...
