CAN NOT LOGIN

Many Regards. I am trying to login to WebFTP Tool in TradeBit all day today. But I am not able to login. I use WebFTP often.

Please see & sort what the problem is.

Yeah, with the new servers the webFTP url is no longer valid... I will change that now!

i just purchased 2 manuals online and they have not sent me the pin # or an email letting me know when i can download. does this normally take awhile? i have a reciept ID # but dont know how to contact anyone at tradebits to help me out. help.

I am getting this error message very often when trying to log into WebFTP tool

"Your session has failed! The session manager gives the following error: Session has expired!
Please return to the Home Page"

Is there anything u can do so that it doesnt logout automatically.

As I said I use WebFTP on a daily basis. Any help wud be appreciated! Thanks

hmmm, how often does that happen and does it happen the first time you click the link? sounds like the cluster rotation might confuses the tool. I strongly recommend a FTP client like filezilla... that works much better!

Hi,

I do use FTP clients but WebFTP has a lot of other features which I use regularly.

Sometimes the logout happens within seconds , sometimes it lasts 5-10 mins. But it automatically logs off, without me logging off.

If something can be done, it wud be a great time saver.
