What happened to the csv import export

Hi folks. I used to upload and download files using the csv import/export utility. It's been a while since I did a mass update of my files and descriptions and I can't seem to find where this facility has been moved to.

hi, yes it is still available: in the files section the black box at the bottom of the sidebar is clickable.

you have to "unfold" the stuff.
