Has anyone of you a Mini Mac? I want to buy one and it would be my first Mac. What do I have to consider before buying? What is the latest OS version?

Tiger OS X is the latest, and I am not sure, if you get it, when you buy a mini mac now. But want one, too. I will ask in the shop.
