I want to upload a JPEG thumbnail to my listing for selling my e book. I do not see a file upload here.

hi, you can use either an FTP client to connect to ftp.tradebit.com or use the browser upload in the member area... just log in and go to FILES in the member area...

where is the member area? How do I get to it in my account? don't see a link

hi, at the top of every page is a login field... do you see that?

Found where to upload but hat is for a new listing it makes me do that for a pic upload.
When I click edit on the e book file in my account cannot place a picture so it shows with my listing.
as well uploading a jpeg makes me create a sale item which I do not want to do with a jpeg
