Free dvd burner software?

hello everybody,

is there ANY free alternative to nero? I want to burn MP3s as music CDs regulary, but after upgrading to another machine, my nero is gone. Before I buy the new version, I wanted to ask!

Dont you have a linux box at home, you told me via email? you might use the tools provided with that?

thanks, I got that covered, but nevertheless started to play around with the linux tools...

i got the feeling, once configured, they are more robust than the windows tools, right?
