Trying to get a product video to upload

Am getting nowhere when trying to upload a file.

Any suggestions.

i recommend to use FTP with a client like

[filezilla-project.org]

and connect to ftp.tradebit.com with your username and password.

does that work?

my file that is uploaded doesn't have a pic. How do I put a picture on it. I do have a book cover i created.
