Open Payouts

I was just taking a look at my open payouts because my last payout on wednesday seemed a little light compared to what the open payout said I should have received, and I decided to take a look at Novembers open payout and as of today I still have funds from November that have not been paid out. I understand that credit card payments are held 10 days but we have had a payout since after December 10th, and that is just assuming all my unpaid November credit card sales came on the last day of the month.

How long does it take for the payout to occur or did something change? Because now my open payouts are no longer matching the actual payout I receive on Wednesdays.

all your november sales should be closed tomorrow. I think that is just a timing thing with the credit cards. But I will check your list again. pretty confident, that by tomorrow the last credit card payments are closed for you. The delay for credit cards is 14 days... btw...

14 days? I thought I read on the either the blog or the forumt that time delay was 10 days. My mistake on that. But as of 12/22/2010 I still have open November payouts. Thanks

hi mark, now the open payouts should have been closed with yesterdays payment! If that is not the case, we must investigate! I will update you asap!

see all the payments from this person - that never came thru and is listed as "Pending"... in the summary that is shown as open... I will change that and not add that to the open payout when it is shown as pending...
