Open Payout

Good Morning and Merry Christmas from Texas !!!

Each morning one of the first things I do when I am getting started is I check my Open Payouts. And this morning when I did, it shows that I have $0.00 in Open Payout. Does anyone know what is up?

hi chuck,

we changed the page of the monthly overview because that open payout listing was totally confusing people. We now show the revenue that was paid and will enhance the admin section with an additional page that shows the upcoming payment.

The month now shows the money that was sent or refunded and gives you the sum of payments for that month... open payments will be shown below in the new year...

Just for those who have not looked, yet: the statistics page in the power mode has an extra link for the open payouts now!

Hi Ralf can you add the option to export the open payouts as a .csv file as well? Right now the option is only available for the paid out sales. I liked it better before when they were all on the same page

hi, i will ask martin to add that option... but seperating OPEN from PAID was absolutely necessary, because most merchants were confused, how the REFUNDS were playing into the game....
