Moneybookers test/review: Sudden Death

Folks, after we were able to payout 2 rounds via Moneybookers.com for merchants who do not have Paypal or would prefer an alternative, they closed our account without warning. Despite the fact that we showed our company registration, passports, invoices, business details they just closed the account.

Well - I understand that everybody does have to protect their business from fraud, we have to do that daily, too. But when a merchant sends us documentation about copyrights, his passports and all sorts of details, we would probably not delete him.

So: no more moneybookers - please use Paypal to get your payments!

i'm using paypal at the moment but does that means there would be no alternative payout method in the future? what about payoneer ralf,i thought you had all the paperwork from them ?

yep, that would be the next thing to do... moneybookers was very easy and cheap... payoneer wants some cash upfront!

Even after submitting all those documents and MB have suspended an business account, they do not seem to be the right choice. It just seems they are not too keen in developing their business anymore. Nor do they seem to care abt their clients.

I was trying to get my moneybookers acc fully verified with them for a while now but still have not got the address verification postal mail from them. Anyhow, it should not matter now.


Now, Ralf lets please stick to your original idea of implementing Payoneer as an alternative payout method without vacillating abt other payout options, please.
