Merchant Payout - 14th of September 2011

folks - we are catching up with the payout cycle and this forums note follows the payout up to and including last Friday. I decided to let you know via the forum in case you have common questions. So, again we will do 2 payouts to check the weekend payments separately. As soon as we have done that, the 2 days of last weekend will follow.

That includes merchant and affiliate payment!

Alertpay note: Some of you have shifted over to AlertPay as a payout method. I have initiated a partial payout there, too and transferred more cash over to that account to catch up with you as well. Stay tuned!

Hello. I'm still waiting for my payouts. It says my payments are on hold? I've never had any issues before with my payouts or customers. What's going on? Why are my payments on hold???? And when will I receive my payout? Thanks.

if you log in and click on the "easy admin" link in the upper right, you change into the power mode. If you then look into

SALES > Current Month

you will find some chargebacks on your account, that is why your account went on hold.

Then I looked into your account and see that you are selling Mio. of email addresses and deleted the account! No wonder that you trigger chargebacks with "50 Mio eMail addresses" on sale, that just triggers SPAM and nobody on these lists want you to sell that!

Latest Update on Alertpay: They promised that the missing money we transferred onto the account from the bank will appear by end of this business day. As soon as it is there, I will fire out the first round! Stay tuned!
